It sounds like it could be problems with a couple of things. For one, it could be your blood pressure. That rushing feeling when you bend down is the clue to blood pressure problems. The other thing is that you could have migraines. I pitty you if that's your problem. I have lived with migraines for over 30 years now and for those 30 years, not one medicine that they have tried on me has ever worked. And boy, have they tried a lot of meds. Over 50 minimum. I have been in the hospital about 7 times with migraines for no less than a week at a time. They just can't get my migraines under control. The only way I treat my migraines is to go home, pull all the shades down, close all the curtains, put signs on my doors that I am sleeping, put all of the dogs out in the back yard, get in my bed, pull my covers up over my head, close my eyes real tight and sleep for as long as I can. I can't handle any light of any kind and no noise, not even a pin/pen drop. It has to be dark and extremely quiet and still. That's the only way I can try to sleep a bad migraine off. As for blood pressure problems, yes I have those, also. I take Toprol XL for my high blood pressure. Been on them for about 5 years now and they seem to have helped control the blood pressure, unless the pain gets so bad from my complications from major back surgery I just had. Then, there is no controlling the blood pressure. My normal pressure with the Toprol XL is about 115/70 , but when the pain gets real bad from my back problems, the blood pressure shoots up to about 190/160. I know this is dangerously high, but until we get the complications fixed, nothing can be done. Enough about me. I hope that you can take some time off from work, get a little rest and see what happens. If it continues, then you need to get to a doctor. You might just check with your regular family doctor, but if he can't help you, try seeing a neurologist. They can help with both situations. If they can't, they will send you to the right specialist. But, you must get a referral to a neurologists. They won't just make an appoimtment with you without that darn referral from your family doctor. Best of luck to you! You will be in my hopes and prayers!

You may have problems with blood pressure. Sometimes too many worries and too much stress can do that to you. 9 times out of 10, if you don't take care of your body,i.e., get enough rest, exercise and/or nutrition, it will take its toll. I've worked as a bartender/waitress at a casino for going on 9 years, and I've been attending college off and on for going on 8. There's a lot of stress involved, and I've had to take time out for a semester or two because of just that. I've dealt with an overbearing boss, unsympathetic professors, and a Financial Aid department that thinks it owns the government's money. My body started breaking down, and now it seems that it won't heal. I have no free time, and lately I've been having all of your symptoms, with one added one ... I can't bring myself to carry out the 15 - 20 drinks on my tray that I was used to; my arms get shaky and they threaten to fall. I may have carpel tunnel syndrome from carrying the trays, but - like you - the doctors can't seem to find a doggone thing wrong with me, except high blood pressure. Oh, did I tell you that I don't have the knee jerk reaction I should have (or any other normal reflexes, for that matter) whenever these so-called professionals check me out? Yet and still, everything checks out normal. I actually had more success being treated by a chiropractor - you know - one of those professionals whom a good number of our learned physicians are eager to label as quacks ... yet and still, they go to medical school about 2 or 3 times as long as medical doctors. First off, I would try to find a good doctor ... one who is willing to concede that something could be wrong. Believe it or not, there are some out there. You might have to scout the yellow pages. Your best bet would be word of mouth. Somebody you know has to have seen a good doctor, who cares more about the patient than his own long-windedness. Make sure it's a doctor who also believes in successful chiropractic treatment. A few of those doctors exist. You might find one who will recommend a good chiropractor. Even if you don't, I would definitely seek out a chiropractor. It might cost you a little bit, but it'll be worth it. Take some time out for yourself, too ... see if you can't visit a good aqua - massage place, or a good masseusse. It'll definitely do wonders. If you don't come out feeling like a brand-new person, I'd be surprised. If you can spare the change, a regular massage will be just the energy boost you need. It's problably a good $20 - $30 for each 15 - minute session. 2 to 3 of those a week would be great for you. Also, if you're short on money, and can't afford medicine if it turns out that you have high - or low - blood pressure, a lot of these steps could actually help to minimize your problems. God Bless ...

It's called growing up and facing life. I had to face a time clock for 37 years, I didn't like it easy, I also went to college nights, for eight years. I also raised five kids doing it.
