nc dmv will not let me take the drivers license exam if i dont have insurance on my husbands vehicle

yes legally you can do this,but why would you want too ,,if you have an accident your going to be in a lot of trouble,,or who ever has the car is gong to be in trouble,,i cant imagine why anyone wouldn't want insurance,good luck hope this help,s.
