Sorry, it doesn't work that way. If you eat the right foods, you can eat all you want as often as you like. Rather than go into the details, I'll see how serious you are about this and let you do the research yourself. I did and lost 40 pounds in three months eating all I wanted as often as I wanted. It's not that hard. Here's your hint: produce

Any whole grain foods with a lot of fiber will help you to feel full a long time. I really like Kashi products because they're high fiber, all natural, low fat, and tasty, but foods such as oatmeal and shredded wheat will do the same thing if Kashi's not your thing. If you are going a long time between meals because of your schedule, etc., you might want to consider adding a multivitamin or something like Carnation Instant Breakfast drink to make sure you're giving your body the best chances of getting the nutrients it needs.

Whenever I'm hungry I reach for V8 juice and my appetite is greatly reduced. I drink about 6 to 8 glasses of water every day. This helps with hunger. The actual foods that help me remain full are strawberries/grapes/brown rice/beans/and salads.

Well, if you like it...Oatmeal with raisin, nuts, cinnamon, etc. It's full of fiber which keeps your blood sugar at a steady level, so you won't get cravings. The fiber digests slowly, so you'll feel fuller.

Or, pancakes always does it for me. When I eat at Cracker Barrel, I'm full for the rest of the day.

Well, that's a tough one. Being full and feeling full might be two different things. I would say that a nice big steak is a good idea.

Anything high in fiber will keep you full longer. Whole grain bread and cereal, oatmeal, brown rice and lots of water or else you may get constipated =o)

protein is a good food to eat which will help you remain full. Stay away from carbs, as they burn super fast, but leave you feeling hungry.
