Yes, they've been using the 'new improved' odourless, actionless product that doesn't work... Or have they? I have my doubts about any of those NHS places; you could pick up anything from there...

they changed to different disinfectants that are non aromatic, as the smells were often making ppls symptoms worse. Hospitals are still clean last time i was in hospital you could get no rest from the cleaners being in and out of the ward.
plus MRSA is mainly only caught by patients who have been in hospital long periods of time or are moved around the hospital alot. such as things like having lines in for long periods of time cause mrsa quicker than the dirty floor is going to

You are absolutley right, hospitals smelt if disinfectant and it did cling to your clothes. I work in a hospital and basically the domestics are not allowed to anything other than mild detergents to clean with. It's like using washing up liquid. Useless.

The disinfectant smell is rough for someone who is puking. As for the rest of these comments, Hospitals are full of sick people, guess what they have germs like MRSA. Know what decreases the spread. WASH YOUR NASTY HANDS!!

the MRSA virus complained about its human rights, so the disinfectant had to go.
pity really, my mum would have been alive today if there were more carbolic in the NHS.

They found some patients were allergic to the cleaner smells so most have changed to non aromatic cleaners.
Doesn't mean they aren't clean, just no smells.

They have eliminated it. It used to disturb MRSA germs.
