NO salt is not good to give to your dog. if you look at the food the dog food already contains salt and salt is junk that is not good for your dog.

U SHOULD NEVER GIVE DOGS SALT............... THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET ENOUGH MINERALS FROM THEIR FOOD IF FED RITE................

Just give him his dog food and water this should be sufficient
