I wouldn't go for cheap as much as good. A good flight school will dramatically reduce the number of flight hours needed to get your license and is always worth paying extra for up front. You could try a flight simulator specialized for Helicopter training. After you feel safe like that, then you could try some real training. I don't know anywhere that you could have cheap training, but I think you should search the World Wide Web. I'm using a flight simulator right now and its teaching me how to fly airplanes and helicopters.

In USA that is very expensive,to get a private licence it may cost 10,000 or more dollers.
