Maybe the fuzz on the face fools you. Dogs, bats, pigs have eyes moreso on the side of the head Similiararities: 2 arms, 2legs, 2 eyes in front, nose in front between the eyes, ears on the side of the head, they eat food by grabbing it in their hands and bringing to their mouth(not all the time) but >neither do we<
They have an opposed thumb(like us). Same gut arrangement. And we do have a tail bone.
The only difference really is speech. They do use tools.
You should look at some wrestlers or sports jocks facial features. If you can't see the similiarities perhaps you should look at the skeleton. Harder again.

Your Pekingese has opposable thumbs? An internal biology almost identical to humans? Two breasts? DNA that is so close we can identify how far back the split between the line that led to Chimps and the line that led to Humans occurred?
I hate to tell you this, but you bought a Chimpanzee instead of a Dog. You may want to ask for your money back. The Westminster Kennel Club will not accept your application.

Chimps have two arms, two legs, a head, two eyes, a nose, a mouth, ears and a butt. So does a Pekingese. So do you. That means you look like both of them. To an alien, all three would look very similar. And you know why? Because all three are closely related. You do not look like a Octopus - because you are distantly related to them. You do not look like a tree, because you are distantly related.

Brainwashing is a religious tactic and is not used by the scientific community. I've been following science for 50 years and never once heard any scientist say humans and chimps looked alike. FYI, 98.5% of our DNA and chimp DNA is identical.

Apples to oranges. But an apple looks similar to an orange compared to a banana. A five year old child could tell you that, even before they are brainwashed. You need to check your eyesight.

In some sense we look like them, and other animals... We have the same hands for crying out loud.
What on earth do humans look like where you come from...please tell your town to stop inbreeding.

We ARE primates. Check out this link about the things that we have in common with apes:

The scientific community likes to leave brainwashing to the deists.
