The thing that gains belly fat is a big sugar rush, with a lot of calories. The classic way is to add a sugar soda (Coke, Pepsi, nothing diet) to an already fat meal (hamburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, or something else greasy or heavy). No, the mechanism by which metabolism works ensures that you gain weight and lose it evenly about your body. Sure, some areas of the body are meant to have more fat because of the needs/functions of the body, yet there is no one food that will SOLELY integrate into one portion of your body. Also, those exercises that claim to only reduce fat in some body parts are inaccurate given this fact. All that they can do is enhance muscle at the site of the particular work out.

No. Stored fat will ONLY go where your body is designed to put it. There are foods that can make you larger (i.e. fast food). If your weight goes to your stomach... than a lot of excess calories will turn into stomach fat.

It would be nice if people could pick where fat deposits form. I suggest you either take in a lot of empty calories such as beer. Or if you mess around with enough guys you stomach is bond to get bigger.
