not really care too much no. you can never care enough for anyone we all must care more for each other.
however. a person can become obsessed with there boyfriend
that can take the form of caring . but a person has to remember this partner you got bf gf what ever is with you because they liked you . not you after you became you and him but you before him .
the you that is yourself. that is what we don't so much protect but instead preserve well that is not even the right word we have to keep that person going living and being that person being the me or self.
so in summary you can not love or care to much for anyone ever.
you can confuse this caring with obsessing .

Many people would say no, but it depends on how much he cares about you and how far you both expect the relationship to go. If he's giving everything you should give everything. Just make sure that you arent giving 100% and receiving less than 100% in reutrn. You both have to give 100%!

i think the onli time u can care too much about him, is wen he doesnt care enough about u....if that makes and sense....im jus sayn that sumtimes n relationship the love can be a little uneven...
