Just call the Missouri DMV. If there is a warrant they normally will tell you if not call the state police. Tell them your situation and explain why you think a warrant has been issued for your arrest, and if there is one you wish to take care of it.

You can call any Missouri police office and ask if there is a warrant out for you and yes they will be more than happy to go to Kansas to get you, and it will cost you for them to bring you back, they charge by the mile.

Call any police department in the state of Missouri, and they will help you out. You can be sent to Missouri, even if you live in Kansas.

If you have to ask that question, it means you likely did not fulfill some obligation to the courts. Most common is people who do not take care of tickets, or fail to go to court. If you did any of those things, you shouldn't ask, just assume it happened. Judge's aren't very well known to have someone fail to appear and decide not to issue a warrant. If you know you didn't do something you were supposed to, then yes, you probably have a warrat out.

It simple. Speed by a police officer on patrol, get pulled over. If they arrest you, then you likely have one.

Call an officer to your house. Tell him you are wanted and give him the information about yourself. He will check you out. If he puts handcuffs on you then you know you are wanted. If he says you came back clean, then you don't.
