There is no legal free way to download photoshop except for trials on adobe.com. I would recommend a great freeware alternative called Gimp. www.gimp.org.
It's not photoshop but it is still a great program and it's free and easy to get and can do enough to really be an effective program.

There is no legal way to obtain it for free.
If doing something illegal is not a problem for you, download your P2P software of choice, such as Limewire, and download it from there.
Make sure to scan anything you download off of P2P software for viruses.
And, like I said before, using a copy of Photoshop that you did not legally obtain a user license for, is illegal.

You can't get it for free, you have to pay for it.
You didn't hear this from me but I've heard that you can download it from P2P programs like Limewire or torrents.
You could also download GIMP, http://www.gimp.org/
