My boyfriend is deployed so I have to plan early for Valentines day if I want him to get anything in time. I want to do lots of personal/fun little things for him but not really sure what. So I'm looking for some ideas.

Limosine picked us up and took us to nice restaraunt.
They had it stocked with nuts, pop, and had romantic music playing, we had a nice romantic ride to and from place.

Well the most romantic thing anyone has ever done for me on Valentine's was when I was in the military... I had to work and one of my close friends flew from NJ to MT to visit me out in the missile field and he brought my favorite painting with him.
It was the best that he flew so many miles to see me and he had the painting which was the icing. Spontaneity is nice.
When I was deployed I just enjoyed receiving presents of any kind from my friends and family. However, while overseas I met a guy (which is now my husband) and I made him a booklet for our anniversary, kinda like a scrap book that told about how we met, our first kiss, our first fight, our first everything together. On the front of the book is a picture of me and at the end of the book is a picture of him. If you have pictures of yourself, your boyfriend and/or the two of you then this would be a fun project. It's good for something that's original but it's also easy and from the heart. If you like arts and crafts you can have a lot of fun with this. Good luck!

when my dad was deployed, we made a video for him telling him how much we missed him and how much we loved him. Sometimes just hearing from family is a good present.
