Magic is not something you believe in. It's something you experience and know.
I've cast many spells over the years, mostly minor ones. I once cast a spell with the intention of having school be cancelled due to inclement weather, and it was, although it barely snowed. (I'm a teacher and desperately needed a day off.)
I've done magic to get a new job, to make electronic devices work when all hope was gone, to be noticed or unnoticed, etc. All of these spells "worked," i.e., the desired result came about. Notice that I don't say that I actually "caused" anything to happen. I'll leave that up to you to decide.
Sorry I don't have anything more exciting. Most modern magic is like these examples... pretty boring to outsiders.

Magic, as you know, consists of many elements and layers. It would be impossible to say what is the best adventure in magic, for it is different for everyone. Each person has their own take on it, except for the Christians, who are afraid of their own shadow! Normal people who live and use magic, of which we are many, threaten the Christians, because we know of something for which their book has written that it is evil (and we all know Christians believe EVERYTHING they read!)
Magic for me is the sun that shines every day, and the clouds which bring rest and rain. It is the shimmer in a small pond in the early morning before the insects rise up to start their day. It is the mist at night and all the creatures that dwell there. Magic is from the moon, my companion, my clock and rises from the earth through my feet and moves from my hands into my desires. Magic is an eternal force for which heaven is based on. It is propelled through all things living and dead, and allows me to know things otherwise I wouldn't have known. Magic is not written in book to be studied and memorized. It is all around us. Forever. No one can change that.

i think in esoteric/occult magic. and that i think, yet can not coach that it has an existence exterior of the geographical regions of psychology. ie i think spells do not desire the recipient to have faith in the existence of magic, in easy terms that the caster believes it will artwork. in case you're saying in any different case clarify how climate magic, and different spells which influence that that are regularly looked as though it would be "inanimate structures" artwork? fact asserting the recipient has to have faith besides because of the fact the caster, might advise that the climate has to have faith in magic! think of a tricky large difference between magic being defined as white or black misses lots out. As i think magic is merely a device, and consequently would not have any intrinsic alignment. A blade would be positioned to a stable use (surgical operation), even nonetheless it could additionally be positioned to a foul use (stabbing somebody) it truly is in easy terms the motive/outcomes of it truly is use which could be desperate to be black or white. Even then the words black/white are increasingly greater being seen as non-laptop, and are in lots of cases replaced with the words adverse and beneficial. --- relatively some what Wheatly talks approximately is merely a pile of "headline grabbing" rubbish tying into peoples preconceived innovations. possibly attempt to make certain the 1971 action picture "Simon King of The Witches" (even nonetheless the magic shown is basically the infrequently practised mesmerism) additionally possibly attempt to make certain Haxan (1922) for a in easy terms physiological clarification (that's additionally the type which Freud progressed which reconed numerous Sclerosis is physco-somatic, without actual foundation! all of us comprehend greater efficient now)

I believe it exists, and is due to demonic activity. I believe the use of it opens the doors for demons to enter your life, and I believe that this explains most paranormal occurences. I believe this is why God tells us not to practice it...
I have known a few practicing witches, one of whom really despises me. Magic has never worked on me, because I am protected by the blood of Jesus. It's like voodoo, it only works on you if you believe it will work on you, but I have watchd voodoo documentaries and seen crazy things, like a witchdoctor willing a person into a coma. Scary, kind-of...
