Most likely it means that he likes that being done to him and he's trying to tell you that without having to say it...Men mostly think in selfish terms so don't ever think that actions like this mean anything greater then...I like this for myself....Give it a try, scratch his palm....

well i think it depends on how he scratched your hand...if i was hard and rough then u mite wanna watch out for him....but if i was gently then that mite be his way of showing u he cares or that he's interested....

im not sure.but my boyfriend does that all the time.and he seems to like me alot.so he says.im guessing if he does it when your talking to him...hes intrested in what your saying.or he just might want you to shutup and kiss him.lol

it's a kind of sensory joke.it feels wierd and it makes you want to jerk your hand away like you got shocked by a joy buzzer.
