No not necessarily. Since the fall of the communist empire, many laws have changed over there. This is something that you're going to have to actually research. You just can't go by answers in this forum. If you would get an answer from me, I would say no, you wouldn't be a Russian citizen. Just because you go into a bar doesn't make you a budweiser. Best of luck to you.

You would not have Russian citizenship. To have Russian citizenship you must live in Russia legally. If you live in the US/Russia you would have duel citizenship but mainly American citizenship if you were born here. This is probably accurate I'm not sure but I hope I helped you out.

No you would not be considered as a Russian citizen! I am almost positive that you must live in Russia for a certain amount of time and then you have to be swore in just like you do in the US.

Unfortunately, no. I plan to emigrate to Russia when I am in my late-20s or early-30s to meet the blonde, Russian bride of my dreams (who will bear beautiful blonde children for me). In the meantime, I am learning Russian language/culture/etc. while sportfucking slutty American girls with whom I would never sign a marriage contract.

I think that you have to marry a dozen of russian ladies in order to get the russian citizenship.

One doesn't count...
