I presume you are talking about heterosexual intercourse/penetration? Cause really, any position that provides for a lot clitorial stimulation will do the trick and manual/oral will work too ...
However, try female on top .... this will allow the girl to control the speed/depth of entry, the girl or her partner can provide other stimuli (clitorical.breasts etc. etc. - use your imagination!) and provide a good visual for your partner as well ...
If that doesn't float your boat, try missionary ... the trick here is for you and your partner to align your pelvic areas (techincal name is CAT - coitial alignment technique) and then for your partner move only his hips in a rythmic motion - sounds easier than it is, don't be surprised if it takes some time to master, but hey practice makes perfect!
