Be there for her. Take some time out of your day to talk with her and see how you might help. Sometimes the best help is just to be there for her.

My advice would be to spend some quality time with her. Just sitting and talking to her might help her to open up about what's making her sad, and possibly you could help once you know what's wrong.

Sometimes the best cure is just to know you aren't alone when you are feeling sad. Make sure she knows how important she is to you, and that when you see her sad it saddens you to see her that way.

Another thing that could help her to open up is go out and do something fun with her. Try this and see if it puts a smile on her face. As the old addage goes, "Laughter is the best medicine."

I wish you luck. Take care, be there for her, and Happy New Year to you both.

Cheers!
Spirit

Ask her what is wrong and maybe you can be of some help. I also have a brother and we talked all the time when we are together besides it might be about a boy or a man and since you are a male maybe you can be of some help. I have to say something though a sister always needs her brother at one time or another.

Depends on what kind of sadness. If it's just a bad day, you might just joke with her and try and pull her out of it. Or you might just want to stay away from her and give her her space.

If it's serious and will probably last for a while, maybe ask her how you can help, just try to be nice until the blues pass.

What a great brother you are!

from my point of view from a sister i think you should go up to er and ask her what is wrong if she wants to go get a bite or an ice cream and ask her if there is anything bothering her and let her know that u are there for her if she needs anything!.. sibilns are our best friends.. and at times maybe the situation can be weird but once the ice is broken it should be clear.. a brothers advice is the best one u can get and same visversal with sisters advise..

It would depend on her situation and the relationship you have. Respect what she wants. If she wants to be alone, just tell her, "Ok. But if you need help or comfert or just someone to talk to, I'm always here for you." If she wants you around, then you can talk about it or play a game to make the worries float away.

I agree but if she is to sad for to long a time let someone know she is probably depressed, and will need help.

Help her out make sure she is happy and make her feel better. Support her and ask her what is wrong. Be nice to her and don't try to upset her any more than she already is.
