You don't spend another secon thinking about this stupid guy but you try to figure out why you have become so stupid and insecure that you would like this kind of guy (how rude and immature that he would say something like this to you).
And you work on building up your self confidence by doing a lot of things that will impress YOU with yourself -- stop eating so much and exercise to lose the weight you know you should; accomplish something serious at work or school that you will be proud of; volunteer in your community to make a difference in people's lives who are poor or underprivileged; mentor a young child who just needs attention from a responsible / decent adult figure...
Notice how none of these things have anything to do with this silly guy and all to do with you? And notice how much hard work, time and focus all of these things would take?
There is no quick fix to your guy problem, but you would not have this and all the other guy / insecurity / self-esteem problems in store for you if you took control of your life and demanded more of yourself and lived up to these high standards you set for you. Then you will set the high standard of only giving thought to a guy that is amazing and treats you like a queen -- but you will not deserve that type of guy until you get your act together and earthe self-respect it takes to think so much of yourself that you will take no less from any men in your life.

well loose some weight ,but not for him because, now wut you are going to do is , let him see wut he could have had and never will now, because he had his chance and blew it royaly, and make sure its someone you hook up with is even better looking than him ,if he called you fat ,he is a looser baby and you dont need him in your life ,he will use more words to hurt you ,he threw one at you already ,is any guy really worth more hurtful words to your pyshce and morale , i believe in my heart to the fullest no... and im a man ,and willing to admit it to you ,you are beautiful not fat ,you just need to get in shape and make the real curves stand out ,so when he see's you and ask u out you turn him down flat ,thats wut you do girl and happy new years ,dont start it off bad , with a bad guy in your life, you want the pez mexican looking guy who wants you for who u are... give him the chance ,not the jerk
