How is this happening? I get tiny knots in my hair and my hair is really dry. I shampoo and condition my hair every day.

ooh no your not suppose to wash your hair everyday. Your hair needs certain oils and when you wash it everyday the oils are taken out. But like me i feel nasty when i dont wash my hair so on days when i'm not suppose to wash my hair i just run a little conditioner through it and rinse it out.

You might shampoo and condition your hair too much. Try washing it 3 times a week so it won't be as dry. Hope this helps!!

They are called NAPS! Black people get them all the time! try using a different type of shampoo and conditioner. Maybe a deep conditioner or a hot oil treatment
