I need an AC and a DC adapter for my Trutech 7 inch DVD player and I need to know where to get one.

You'll likely find both of those items at Radio Shack. There are many different sizes of plugs, different voltages and current requirements so it's best to take the portable DVD player with you. If you have the manual, that could help them too if it doesn't say the specifications on the DVD player itself.
