Moose. Plain and simple, it is VERY lean, has excellent taste and cooks up pretty much just like beef -- so you can use it in all your favourite recipes. That said, moose steaks are terribly tough and need a proper marinade to be excellent. But ground moose and moose roast rock!!!

Steak, on the Barbecue, with the taste of a light marinate, a sprinkle of seasonings, and just a little oregano.. Delicious

Either a really good, i mean a really good steak, or CRAB LEGGS, oh and i love me some proschutto di parma, and i dont like any other type of hame, except maybe from the hone backed ham store.
