I was probably only like 2 wks along, just enough to get a very faint positive line and my miscarriage started on Nov 10th. I went through it naturally and did not have a D & C. I also got another blood test done and made sure my Hcg level went back down to normal, and it did. I was wanting to wait till after I had another period before I tried again (my Doc said that was okay)...but it didn't happen like that. I was waiting for my period on Dec 10th, it didn't come..so I waited, and waited and waited and took a test last Tuesday or Wednesday and it came up positive, took a blood test on Friday and it was 149 and the Dr. says it doubles every other day so it is higher now. Has anyone else had a miscarriage and was preg the following month with no problems? I am just worried, and if my Hcg level is around 590 something, how far long would you think I am? I don't get an ultra sound until next Tuesday.Thanks!!!!!

Yeah that happend to me in 98 and I had a D&C and then got pregnant right after and had my daughter with no problems. As far as your other questions involving medical numbers I have no clue. Good Luck though and I hope everything works out.

To be positive i would say yes.. I do have a friend who had a miscarriage and a month alter was pregnant. She had a D&C though. If you dr did a HCG test to see if the levels went down and they had and now they are back up i would say that it is another pregnancy. As for it being viable that i cant say. I know my friend carried hers to term.

Don't know from personal experience, but I have heard of a friend of a friend who had that happen to her. She miscarried and was pregnant again within a month. Everything went fine the second time and she delivered a healthy boy. Her emotions/hormones were in a bit of an uproar, but she settled down after about the 14-18th week (when she was more confident she was going to keep the baby). GOOD LUCK!

if your doc didn't tell you to wait then you are probley safe seeing that you miscarried early. I had a miscarriage but had to have a d-n-c i was also 3 mts along and she told me to wait 3 mts but I think that was more because i had signs of depression after the miscarrage. and because i had the dnc hope this helps

I have no idea but i just wanted to say CONGRADULATION! Really cause i wouldn't wish a miscarriage on my worst enemy. I think that all woman who have been throught something like that are very brave!

i shouldn' be able to get pregn. but on to answer you. i became pg in late aug miss carr some time around 6 weeks so. am 6.5wks now. your hcg levels mean nothing unless they are going down!!!!
