My periods have been a little messed up for the past couple of months & I have NO idea when I'm ovulating. My period in Dec which was 12 days LATE began on the 18th & was over on the 22nd. It was a normal period. (I thought maybe its implantation bleeding but I took 2 tests one just last week, & they were neg) Well we had sex on the 23rd, & again on the 27th (on this day I noticed ALOT cervical mucus) So I thought YES! I AM OVULATING! But is it possible that I was ovulating THAT soon after my period? Only on the 9th day? Well we had sex again on the 30th. I noticed a few days ago that my breast were a little bit tender & feel tingly sensations from time to time, not much but a little. I usually have tender breast before my periods, but NEVER THIS SOON before I am due. Since I was late on this last period, would I have ovulated that SOON after it? What is the probability that I DID become pregnant? We have been trying for several months to conceive so Wish me luck!

Yes, you can get pregnant that close to your period. And you can be ovulating just about any time during your cycle too. I know I seem to be ovulating about 3 days after my period ends, and sometimes twice in a cycle. Good luck and it won't help to overthink it, so just relax.

My husband and I had sex two days before my cycle and again the day after and hadn't seen each other for a couple of weeks and I somehow ended up pregnant a few weeks later, with twins! It is very possible to get pregnant the day before or the day right after your cycle.

Girl, go get a test and find out. They have ones that can tell pretty much right away...get one of those ovulation testers, too, one of my close friends used it and it worked pretty quickly. I mean, you get a pretty damn accurate "time to make babies" estimate...

I think only a doctors test can tell you due to all the irregularities
