Nah, Nah, Nah, ya got it all wrong, Markster. Jesus is the scapegoat for God's sins, not man's sins. Humans wanted to hang God for all the rotten stuff he did, so God sent Jesus in his place.

Nope. When God created humans, he knew that they were going to fail. I think of God as an optimist and a realist at the same time. He hopes for us, and yet, He also knows what's going to happen. By the way, Jesus was there at creation. And Jesus didn't convince God to forgive our sins. That was part of the plan. He came to earth the pay the price for our sins. It's not something we can take care of or be good enough to balance out on our own. That's why Jesus was the sacrifice. He paid the price so that we could be forgiven.

No, Jesus is God, Jesus is not created. Jesus has been with God since before the world was made. Jesus was directly involved in creation. Jesus did not have to convince anyone to forgive sin. That was the whole plan of God. Get to know Jesus and you will find God, the Father.

No - but I can see how you come to that conclusion. That is actually similar to the dominant position in Protestantism, but most "Catholic" denominations see things quite a bit different.
But Jesus is God, not a being created by God. And Jesus did not convince God to forgive sins - God was always willing to forgive sins. Guilt over sins is not the problem. The problem is the fear of death, and that is what Jesus came to save us from.

No. First off, God did not create Jesus. Jesus and God are one in the same although three separate beings. Jesus came to earth as a mediator and to become the ultimate sacrifice for sin and this is what allowed God to accept it as a substitute for our sins, and that's how we are forgiven. But God already wanted us to be forgiven, no one had to "convince" him. He sent Jesus to earth for that specific purpose.

Jesus is God - Christianity believes in the Trinity - three persons in one - The Father, the son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit. In the Old Testament God promised he would send a savior - in essence he sent Himself. Jesus was born and raised as any other child of his time but there was a special purpose for his life. He came to show us how to live and follow the commandments. He showed us how to love and how simple it is to follow what God asks of us...humans seem to complicate things though. He came to free us from sin, to give us an avenue to ask and receive forgiveness and to have the opportunity to join Him in heaven...when our time comes. Forgiveness is key to any Christian religion. We must ask forgiveness from God for our sins but we must also ask forgiveness from those we have hurt. When we are hurt we must be able to forgive - we may never forget a hurt but we must learn to forgive. Through forgiveness we find peace and we draw closer to God.

Bad theology. First God didn't create Jesus, second God is omniscient and lastly and probably the most important Jesus is God. That's theology 101; these points are presuppositions when most educated theologians debate. Basically that means these points are no brainers and aren't debated among true Christians.

God is Jesus ... Holy Trinity - - - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
It is said that the Devil/Satan rejected Jesus (failure to adore Jesus), thereby separating himself from God (hence, hell is the absense of God) long before we humans can imagine. Jesus is the center point of all time ... he existed in the beggining, was incarnated into man, and will be the salvation for all in the future. Compounding this further into intense stuff ... we ALL (You, me, your great - great- great - great grand-parents, my mega grandparents, plus childreen who are not yet born) are the "Body of Christ".
