depends...if its yur left arm, then seriously consider going without em for awhile...energy drinks speed up your heart rate and if its sped up too much you can get all sorts of different heart-related illnesses...like a heart attack for example. either way, if you've determined that its drinking them that gives you the pain, its probably not a good idea to keep drinking them...give it a break for a while and see how you feel or just limit it to 1 per day. i kno how addicting energy drinks can be, but to ppl who are sensitive to caffeine and whatnot, it can actually be somewhat dangerous. im pretty sure they even come with a warning, somethin like "dont drink 3 a day"

you may have nerve damage in your shoulder or elbow. can you easily raise the same arm out to your side, then over your head?
