Courvoisier of course.
Pour some in a large Brandy Snifter, light it with a match or lighter and let it burn while swirling it around for about 5 seconds. Make sure you put it out before you drink it.
Tastes great.

Courvoisier! Its such a wonderful brandy that just tops off the night. Glayva is good too but I prefer the Courvoisier!

Definitely the Brandy. For an alternative, try Port and Brandy, 1/3 Brandy 2/3 Port. As long as the brandy is decent, it doesnt matter so much with the Port. No matter what youve been drinking all night, a Port and Brandy, with the "warmth" it gives you, is the perfect finisher.
