She's a library assistant ,and when I talk to her she taps her long beautful nails on the counter or books so I see them.
Is this a sign what should I do next?

yes! it means shes really into you! im a desk worker and whenever my coworker who i like comes around, i tap my nails againt the desk!!
just ask her out, say, what do you do in your spare time, would you like to have dinner? if shes already into you it shouldnt be that hard... good luck!

I'm sorry honey, but that is something I do all the time because it's a habit and it feels good to my nails. I doubt this is a sign. But if you like her, why not just ask her out. The only way to know for sure if she likes you is just to tell her that you think she's great and that you would like an opportunity to get to know her better, would she like to go out sometime?. The worse she will do is say no, and is that so bad? If she is single, she would be smart to give you a try.

ummm u may be admiring those nails but that lil bit of body language usually denotes impatience with a situation. If i had to guess without seeing u 2 together, i'd say she's wishing u would quit staring at her nails and bugger off. Sorry but women don't tend to flirt with their nails.

Is there anything else that she does that shows you she's into you? Because, just tapping her nails, sounds to me like it'd mean she's impatient and wants you to stop talking to her, but if other things about her body language says she's into you, ask her out.
