i am 15, and i am 5'11'' and my weight is always varying between 12 stone and 13 stone, can you please help me loose this. many thanks!

diet and exercise is the best thing that you could do. stay away from the junk food and eat alot of vegetables and fruit. and drink alot of water, that will make you feel full, then you wont eat so much. good luck

alright finally something i know. i was overweight at 15 too and it sucks i know. exercise is important. do a lot of cardio. this means running, biking, sports, jump rope, sit ups, push ups, etc. start out slow, dont try to kill yourself, its going to take time. do cardio about 3 times a week until you get comfortable. progressively run more every week or bike or whatever kind of cardio you like. you can also do sit ups and push ups everyday. 15's a good age to start lifiting weights too. get some free weights and learn how to use them. just basic things like curls and bench. if you dont know, ask your friends or a gym teacher. now, DIET. this is what was the hardest for me. NO fast food, NO pop, NO candy, NO chips, etc... eat more veggies and fruits and whole grains. i know its hard but its gotta be done if you want to lose weight. its not easy to do and you may not see fast results but do not give up. keep at it and stay motivated. good luck.

u shoudl ask a docter they could give a stuff like what kidna of food,what to drink, ect!
