Tell her to take Soma or Carisoprodol for a muscle relaxer and sleep aid. I use Soma and I ALWAY get a great nights sleep without the tossing and turning. RemedyMeds.com . http://remedymeds.com/ is the place to buy soma online with out a prior prescription. they use only US licensed Doctors and pharmacies so you can order with confidence. I hope this helps your mother dear.

the hip pain could be sciatica, it's a nerve in the back and if pinched it can cause pain to run down legs, as for her wrist does she lay on it when she sleeps? or it could be carpal tunnel, she should get checked out by a doctor if it continues. good luck

It might be her hip joint and when she moves, it "oils" itself. A doctor needs to look at xrays to be sure. Hip surgery is common. I had it myself this summer.
