hi kemi convinced you could freez sparkling milk previous their expiring date yet u can not use it because of the fact ther is many reson : a million- its expired 2- freezing milk does reason some diploma of separation between its factors. Skim and occasional-fats milk freeze (thaw, surely) extra helpful than entire milk, as there is way less separation. you could shake the thawed milk vigorously or beat it in an electric powered mixer, even if it nevertheless won't have the comparable "mouth experience" as milk that has not been frozen you could attempt to frezze afew and notice what is going to hapen thank you for you question bye

It happens to us all the time and we usually throw it out. Sometimes the store will accept it back and return to the milk company, though. You can try.

milk is fine until it starts getting chunky or smelling funny. they cover their asses by putting the expiration date a little earlier than they expect it to go bad.
if you still dont trust it, you can always cook with it. as long as it reaches 165 degrees its good. bringing it to that temperature will kill off the bad stuff.
