Im 14 years old 6 foot 225 i wanna lose 25 pounds and i recently purchased a protein supplement. Is this more for weight loss or muscle gain

Exercise and good diet is probably the answer you need. Eat less carbs and fat and do some exercise (say 1 hour a day) every day.

You can also exercise in a million little ways. Walk to the shop rather than drive. Change channels on the TV the old way (without the remote). Take the stairs a few levels rather than a lift. ra ra ra. good luck.

It definitely isn't for weight loss. It's one of those things that supposedly makes you bulk up faster.

There is no "supplement" for weight loss. There are diet pills and shakes and stuff, but nothing like you describe. And if you use any of them, you'll gain all the weight back PLUS a few pounds when you stop using it.

What you need to do is have your parents learn to eat and cook differently. I'm betting that your entire family eats badly, and you're the one who is suffering. I'm not saying "go hungry" or "eat sticks and twigs" -- I'm saying that there are healthy ways to eat, and they need to make sure that you're eating healthy.
