With the doctor, of course. God does not wish a plague on the people. Prayers would be offered asking God to help the doctor find a cure.

No doctor could ever undo God's will. If God wanted to wipe out a people with a plague, he'd invent a whole new one that moved so fast nobody would be able to stop it.
So basically, what would it matter?

Sounds sooo much like a school work question. Read up on the history of the microscope and how the discovery of microorganisms put the evil spirits out in the cold.(and the church too)
I suggest you wash your hands, Okay? Who invented soap and water?
The ingredients too, were initially created by God if you want to go that route.
Man has been capable of killing everything. Whats another bug?

they both have my respect, i think the world and life is He has sent everythinjg here to benifit us,however,it appears, there is such a thing as blessing in desguise, (but to answer basically, God and the doctor both have their place in this situation, the plague to sharpen the doctor's skill ,and test his knowledge everything that happens, happens to the glory of God, to those that love God"

I support God who PUT the doctor there to cure the plague.
How about that for thought.
Yes, bad things happen in a fallen world.
Yes, God is still loving and in control.
Some day hopefully you'll see that before you lose the chance to.

First of all I do not believe that God sent, for instance, Aids.
I believe he allowed it but that's it.
I support the Doctor because it may be through his hands that God sends the cure.

The Bible states that in the last day there would be pestilence.
It doesn't say that God specifically sent it.
It does, however, explain why God has permitted such suffering.
"and there will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another pestilences and food shortages; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs." -Luke 21:11

God does not send plagues, He sends the doctors. Pain, sickness and death are a result of living in a sinful world.
