There is this woman I'm interested in getting to know better. We work together, yet I can never seem to think of something good to say to start a conversation. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to a BMW dealership, buy a key chain. At the beginning of the day, ask her to hold your keys for you and before she can say no or ask why, place them in her hands and take off. Don't talk to her all day. At the end of the day, thank her and offer her a drive home in thanks for the favor. Open the door to your Civic for her. While she's wondering what the deal is, ask her out.

I said I had no clue, probably quite alot though. And he finished with

I thought that it was cute. I mean, it takes alot of guts to go up to a girl with a cheesy line like that, but I like a guy with a sense of humor, so danced a little while.
If you dont want to be cheesy, just tell her she looks good. Ask if she got a haircut lately, cause he hair looks good. Just compliment her, she'll get the idea that you like her.

I think it's always good to talk about things you have in common. Since you work together, maybe ask her if she knows good places to go for lunch near your office, or what she thinks about work. Show her you are interested by asking about her life and her opinions about things like music, books, TV, restaurants, shows ... people tend to enjoy talking about themselves and what they like. It'll get easier the more you practice :) Good luck!
