Well...I'm kinda sure that you are going to lose weight like I did , if you follow my suggestions,honestly.
i.Exercise daily or go to the gym regularly.
ii.Never to drink beer or alcohol (except for occations like Christmas eve).
iii.Drink 3 bottle of water approximately.
iv.Leave oily foods.
v.Take only healthy diet.
vi.Don't or take very light breakfast.
vii.Yoga is a must.Everyday during the morning before taking your breakfast and before taking your lunch and before taking your dinner.

The only real way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. Taking pills or skipping meals may temporarily cause weight loss, but the weight will be gained back after you stop skipping meals or taking pills. Good Luck!

i have been trying to lose weight for sooo long and finally i realized what really works

you have to diet and excersize i know you hear that alot probably but what you need to do is set down the law make a solid plan keep a diary of the weight you have lost. write down your plan

get a friend to do it with you

i curently made a diet plan with a friend and i have already lost 3 pounds in 5 days
healthy weight loss because i have been eating healthy and eating less

jog, walk, talk, skip, cycling, climb mount everest if these are not possible take food with time at regular intervals and daily at same time. dont skip food. you have to sleep well. thats all. if possible do some exercise that will be enough.

you will get want you want dont worry.

i loose weight by exercising and eating heathly it works and besides its the healtiest way to go

i lost 25 pounds i was 219pounds and now my weigh is 194 pounds and i have another 40 pounds to lose.the way i did it was every morning or any time of the day,i say to GOD i am beautiful and i lost weight again,and i say thank you GOD and wend i go to the doctor i have lose 1or2 pounds and i thank GOD again its as simple as that ,believe in GOD and HE will help you,GOD love you i do.xo
