No. HIV viral load is very low in saliva. However, if you have an open sore, and your partner also has one in the mouth, and you indulge in deep kissing, you have a theoritical risk of transmission but, still possibility is low.
HIV infected persons should not be discriminated for that reason. They can lead normal lives today with the drugs we have but, we need to get rid of the social stigma associated with the disease and we need to promote awareness regarding it.

I'm not a doctor but I think the chances are slim. Not completely impossible though. Anything that includes body fluids....I wouldn't worry too much about a kiss..If you are really worried you can get a blood test done just to make sure.

kissing can transmit HIV virus only if the virus carrier has a cut on his/her lips.....and also......if saliva exchange takes place....

Rather slim to none I would say. However, you must always be aware that cold sores, open cracked lips and saliva are certainly ways to transport disease.
