You should keep eye contact for a good 2 or 3 seconds. This way, the person you are watching gets the idea that you have something for them. Also, at the end, you should give a little smile at the end to let them know that you are interested. Don't stare at them so long because they might think that you are a crazy stalker person.j/k. Just be casual yet attractive at the same time.

I would say around 3 to 5 seconds - then smile and look down or away. Then you need to look back at her again within 2 minutes or so, and do the SAME thing as before. If she's looking back and you are catching eye contact with her, then you should approach and say hi.

Once eye contact is made give your nicest smile and that should be enough to let someone know your interested.

Not very long, and make sure you smile at them, let them know your interested through your facial expression. Don't over-do it though. Just a nice smile can tell someone that your interested and it leaves them wondering what you were thinking.

4 seconds(mississippis) is perfect. It lets them know your interested but not desperate or creepy. Plus a smile at the end.

Well, give up if they don't look at you after 20 minutes. But, if they are look at you, wink at them, look down for a second then look back at them, also try twirling the end of your hair. These are the basic signs of 'liking' someone. I hope this works, and if it doesn't you can blame me completely.

just a few seconds, then lower your eyes/ head slightly for a moment. With your head still slightly lowered then look at him/her in the eyes again....and smile a bit. Tilt your head a bit while doing this.
