Sounds like it could be Celiac Disease... Do you have any other symptoms such as brain fog, joint pain, diarrhea or constipation, excessive gas, low immunity, stomach cramps, headaches... Go to a gastro specialist and you may need an endoscopy (if the problem is in the stomach) or a colonoscopy (if the intestines are involved).

I thnk u mght b havng de habit of nt tkng fud ven u ver really hungry & its commn ppl gt used 2 dis habit & later evn dnt gt de feelng of hunger. At 1st its okay later on feelng lik fullness of stomach, somtimes heart burn, mostly costipation rarely loose motion can occur, if later 1 is presenting disease is in other direction. I advise u 2 tk easly digestable fud 4 one wk, nvr miss breakfast, dnt tk food after 8pm, drink lot of water ven u r nt hungry. Avoid pasteries, pickles, alcohol, meat. Jst try feel hw ur body responds..

Get a referral from you GP to visit a Gastroentrologist. He/She will be able to have a good look inside the stomach with a camera and pinpoint the cause.

Go to a Gastroenterologist. You may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. That's what it sounds like. I get that myself on occasion mostly when I'm stressed.

take your hand and push on your stomache, all around see exactly where the uncomfortable feeling is. If it is in the lower right corner of your stomache it is your appendix so if their is a pain their see your doctor asap.
i would go to a different doctor.
