How about you trick her into thinking it's just another night at the house. When she walks in, you lead her to the bathroom. You have the room lit with candles with a sweet aromas. Bathe her, massage her feet, and wash her hair. Then, lead her to the living room where you have a picnic set up. You have a blanket laid out and some of your favorite foods waiting to be enjoyed. Feed each other and let whatever happens.......

How about a really nice and special dinner in a place with a great view, then a few hours lounging by a spa for just the two of you, put rose petals into the hot water, they give off a great aroma and make your skin feel great. You never know what might happen next.

I'm sure cooking's your strong point - maybe another type of class or activity could be fun, like salsa dancing or pottery making. It depends where you live - whether you're somewhere warm and can go outdoors, or you're in a small town or big city, so those are big variables. Ice skating can be fun if you're somewhere wintry - few people are great at it, and it can be romantic if it's the right person.

Option A: Dinner at her favorite restaurant, preferrably one with secluded tables and quiet for couples. Followed by dessert at a cafe. There's nothing like good conversation.
Option B: Cook for her something delicious: Mixed field green salad with walnuts and tangering slices with a raspberry vinaigrette. For the main, one of her favorite dishes, or steamed fish, basmati rice cooked in chicken stock and mashed sweet potato. For dessert chocolate mouse cake with either a graham cracker or oreo cookie crust.
When she comes home from work, make sure you have candles burning, flowers and a formal dinnerware setup (linens and all).

A trip to the park with a bottle of wine and a blanket - weather permitting or if you are near the beach - same thing only much more romantic if you have the waves crashing nearby.

Have a romantic, pretend picnic on the carpet in front of the fireplace. Then, watch a tape of the movie called, "Gone With the Wind".

Go to a lake and have serve a nice dinner and wine at the side of the lake. Bring candles, it's more romantic than shinning your headlights.

take her to a nice bed and breakfast, take along some things you know she will enjoy. write a sweet romantic poem and read it to her telling her why she's so special or if the temp. allows it where you live, try a picnic at a beautiful place where you can see the stars and be alone by candlelight, then read your poem.
