depends on how much you like your girlfriend, if it feels like the relationship has run it's course, then maybe it has. But if it's a simple crush I wouldn't completly risk the relationship, because there was obviously some time where you had a little bit more of a crush on the girl that your with right now, that is of course if you still have feelings for the girl you're in a relationship with now.

if u like this other gril break up w ur girlfriend and ask the other girl out if the girl is friends w ur girlfriend then it might not work out so well
