In the presence of God (heaven), there is no fear, only love.

"There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and he who fears is not perfected in love."
--1 John 4:18

In heaven, the physical laws applicable to this world which God created don't necessarily need to apply.

In Heaven, whether it be above, on or below the earth - it will be glorious, no one will be uncomfortable. All will be happy.
