if it has a supercharger it does, it usually says on the dash :)

Yes, Ford recommends premium unleaded in all their SVT vehicles.
Do you have an owners manual?
It should tell you that in there.
If you don't have one, you can download one for free from Ford website

Well, there's no point in spending $30,000 on a HIGH performance truck if you're not going to put HIGH octane fuel in it. You can use regular but the truck won't run that well.

You betcha! I would even recommend an aftermarket octane booster such a 104.

YES!!!!! you can use other if need to but the higher compression requires more octane for peak performance. NICE TRUCKS!!!!!
