Someone told me that my friend asked about him and who he was dating now and other things. Obviously, she still kinda likes him. But I don't want her to be mad. They never dated. She just liked him. And he knows and says that he doesn't like her that way and would never think of her that way. I'd like to tell her but I'm really not sure how. ANy ideas as to the diction and phrasing I could use?

I'll be honest with you.
If this friend still has feelings for him, tell her in a mature and sensitive manner. Trust me if you don't, she could find out from the wrong person.

Did they date? If they dated, what you are doing is against the friend code. If she just liked him, she's probably over it and I say go for it. You should still probably tell her though.

Just tell her. Chances are she is over her crush for him and wouldn't mind that you are dating him now. It will be even more awkward if she found out herself, so just find an appropriate time to inform her about who you are dating now.

Yes. Otherwise, she will hate you more by hiding it from her. If she was still interested in him when you guys got together, then you may need to try and smooth things over. If no then she should be happy for you.

it's really your friend's problem not yours. But do you even know for sure that your friend would be mad if you guys starting dating or she just really can't get over her infatuation?

If you really want to go out with him, you HAVE to tell her. If you don't she is going to find out anyway, and she'll be really hurt that you hid it from her.
