Funny you should ask, I just had that for dinner this evening:
Multiple methods: I prefer baked with lemon and dill
If you are using fresh talapia, your cooking time will be between 7-9 minutes and if it is frozen about 15 -17 minutes
I have used a oven, toaster, and even a George Foreman Grill to cook it.
For any of the cooking devices above you will need the following
2 Large Pieces of tin foil
1 Fresh Lemon - Thinly sliced - about 8 slices per lemon
2-4 Talapia Fillets
salt and pepper
Few Sprigs of fresh dill or about 1/8 tsp dried dill per fillet
Non-stick cooking spray
Take a baking pan and line the bottom with tin foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the fillets on the foil. Lightly salt and pepper. Place 1 sprig of fresh dill or 1/8 tsp of dried dill on top of each fillet. Top with 2-3 lemon slices per fillet. Tightly wrap the pan with the other piece of foil so the heat will be trapped.
If you are using the George Foreman - omit the pan turn the foil into a package like bag for the fillets - ensure all sides have been crimped and or folded so the juices will stay in. Place in pre-heated grill and cook as directed above.
If using the toaster oven or conventional oven, bake at 350 degrees for the time listed above

Tilapia Lemon Parmesan
2 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets
4 teaspoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
2 lemons, sliced
fresh parsley
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. Rinse the tilapia fillets in cold water and drain thoroughly. Top with butter or margarine and lemon juice. Broil about 4 inches from the source of heat for approximately 5 to 6 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Top each portion with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauce; broil 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce puffs and turns golden brown. Place fillets on serving plate; garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.

Ingredients (Makes 6 Servings):
1 lb. Crab meat 2 cups Cheese and garlic croutons (crushed)
10 oz. Prepared Alfredo sauce 1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. Salt-free All-purpose seasoning 6 oz. Lobster meat or langostino lobster meat
6 5-6 oz. Tilapia fillets, skin off Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. To make the crab stuffing, mix together the crab meat, crushed croutons, Alfredo sauce, lemon juice and the all-purpose seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste, and set aside for later.
2. Place the tilapia fillet (dark side down) onto a clean surface. Using a chef’s knife, cut pockets into each side of the fish.
3. Open the pockets and spoon approximately 3/4 cup of the crab stuffing into the tilapia. Flatten the stuffing slightly to approximately 3/4" high.
4. Gently close the pockets and brush each fillet and the stuffing with a little melted butter.
5. Place the lobster meat on top of the stuffing and spread it out, pressing it into the stuffing so that the pieces do not fall off.
6. Brush the lobster meat with some melted butter, and sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
7. Place the stuffed fish into a baking dish with a small amount of water.
8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the stuffing reaches 165 degrees.
Chef’s Tip:
Top the dish with one of your favorite prepared sauces, such as Hollandaise, Béarnaise, Alfredo, or any cream-based soup (bisque, cream of shrimp, etc.)
PS. I found this recipe from Red Lobster.

I take the fillet and poor melted butter over top of it and a bit of salt (garlic salt is good too) and put it in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. It is very good.

I agree w/ Erica's recipe...that is how I make mine too... except that i put the oven on broil and keep a close eye on it... takes about 4 minutes each side. You can also put a little shredded fresh parmesan cheese on top (not the kind out of the can) for the last 2-3 minutes before taking it out of the oven. YUM!!
