You should see a Neurologist. I don't think it's a migraine but it is something that needs to be examined. You may have to have an MRI or CT scan. Normally pressure is sinuses - but numbeness of the face could mean it's something else. Neck stiffness and vision loss worries me and makes me think it's not a normal sinus infection.

You do apparently have an inflammatory process in the upper neck..this will in due time have an effect on the cranial nerves and give you symptoms which you describe.. The concentration lack is very possibly the result of reduced blood flow to the brain. This will result when there is a rotation of the C.1 vertebra.. through its portals go the arterial vessels to the the levels above it.. lack of this oxygenation will make things much less clear. I would suggest you contact a doctor of Chiropractic and see if you can get some relief before the inflammatory process does involve the typical Migraine Syndrome. Having stiffness of the neck indicates a structural problem in need of being taken care of.

It's absolutely possible to get painless migraines. I've had them all of my life, though I have to admit, migraines are usually accompanied by pain. It is possible though. Discuss this with your doctor and perhaps he will give you Imitrex or another dialator.
