and what kind of person does that???who would want to steal someones phone and wallet...they're just going to get into trouble and regret that action

usually kids who steal things at school are well known for it. ask around, you might find out.

I'd check the phone usage on the internet, if the person is calling thier friends, should be easy to track down using their calls.
