First of all, why would you date her when you dont want a relationship with her? That what I dont understand. You cant judge it by something she has done or something that you have heard about her. Just take the time to know her better. Ask her on dates and ask her if she's comfortable when near you. Its all about being honest so that is what you have to do.

try to balance out the good vs the bad qualities... find out if the girl is willing to change for you... did you just meet her or is there years in between???
if there are more good qualities then try to work things out, talk to her, tell her what you would like for the both of you... if there are more bad qualities then it's time to find the right girl and move on...
remember if it's beauty with in years she'll look like a dry plum...
