sure just because the y cant see reality does not meen that they cant see there brain woks well! I even asked my grandmother.

People blind from birth cannot, because the part of the brain that allows people to see obviously didn't devolpe right, thats why their blind. But people who had vision before can see dreams because they remember what things actually look like.

If you were blind from birth, then no. You'll only have auditory (sound) dreams. If you had vision at some point before though, you'll still have dreams, because they're a creation of your mind. Your mind makes them based on the stuff you've already seen/heard/touched, etc.

Only their physical eyes are blind. Their brain works very well and they can see in their dreams.

if you are talking about they dream when you go to sleep, im sure the can imagin stuff we might have no idea of!
and if you are talking about the dream of a person's future, then, they would because who don't want a pair of usable eyes!!!

well i have seen a patient who was deaf since birth but had auditory hallucinations so i guess it's possible! (she would hear voices!)
