If you are looking for heartache, then go after him. But ask yourself this, what kind of girl, would steal another woman's man?
If some girl, did that to you, I can just imagine the names you would be callling her.
Whether or not he likes you, isn't the point, the point is, he is dating someone else.
If they stop dating, or break up, then, you can make a move on him, until then, be an upright and honest girl, and let them be.

It could get messy if he already has a g/f...
I say talk to him while he's alone and flirt a bit. If he doesn't pull back he probably likes you more than her...
