for those who asked about mediumship?

Question

a medium brings evidence of spirit through spirit communications
they are not evil and i have yet to meet one who does not believe in God
they are not fortune tellers and although some may also do psychic readings , these things are kept seperate
they do not predict the future , they do not tell people anything negative
the ones i know ( which are many ) do not take money and even those who do , do not take large amounts , only enough to cover their time as they have given up their own jobs to work with spirit full time
they do not encourage people to leave their own religion
and there are sects of Christian spiritualists who are mediums , therefore many of them believe in Jesus also
i hope this has helped clear some things up for those who were curious ?

every medium is psychic ( i believe we all are actually )
but in order to attune to spirit , one must first attune to their intuition
a psychic reads the energy of those of us here
a medium reads the energy of spirit
so you could say it is like taking it up a level
but if anyone does tell your fortune , dont hold on to that because you have free will and the future is yours to change if you wish

"the dead knows nothing". Now my question for you is this: Had it not occur to you the dead refers by the holy book was meant for the physical body? Otherwise, the Bible contradict itself when it says the spirit returns to God.

And just because you lack info, you have opinionated that it's evil spirit in disguise. What if the Bible is correct but you have picked it up wrongly? Just thinking....

As a sensitive person who has had communictaions with some spirits - just family members I actually do believe that i was communicating with people i knew. Also some 14 years ago i was involved in a bad car accident where upon i was intutitive enough to pick up on some clear messages that i recieved that stopped me from being killed. i actually shared these experiences with some christians who told me i was communicating with demons - well all i can say they (the demons) were very confused because they saved my life. I also pick up on places that are unsafe and i tune into messages that warn me to be careful again some christians would tell me these are demons but these messages have kept me safe and aware and i just refuse to believe any evil about them. I have seen spirits of people and again not willing to believe evil.

Yes free will is why its difficult for card readers to gage things - for example i saw some problems in my cards but they looked like the parties involved were sorting it out and that all would be resolved, but the king of spades fell out of the deck along with a terrible disappointment card (10 of spades) and the 5 of spades which can be water, electricity or gas. these cards are playiong cards - the way i read them no relation to tarot. anyway i was shocked to find out the fellow killed himself in a car. the way i see it his free will and self determination got in the way of the problem which would of been sorted out had he not of killed himself. I believe there are some fakes but my communications with people who have crossed over have been very clear.

i have been to see many fortune tellers,and paid £20 each,a majority telling me things that they could not possibly know,some telling me things that are completely wrong.what is the difference between a medium and a fortune teller,as this is something i'm interested in,but my mum is very interested,and is into all the psychic,which has come true,could you give some light on this.thanks.

OK....yes a medium has spirit to spirit contact....but it is not with the spirits that are good...they are evil....and as for you saying that the ones you know believe in God and Jesus well so does satan and that means nothing....and as for you saying there are christian sects that are mediums that can not be ...because the Bible is very clear about this and we are to stay away from these things because they are of another spirit that is not of God....so they are either deceived in believing this or they are deliberately deceiving you .....the Bible tell us that in the end even some of the Elect shall be deceived .....we need to heed what the Word says and know what it says so we can be informed about what we allow in our lives ....this is important or God wouldn't have talked about so much.....don't allow yourself to be deceived into believing God is in this....mediums are not hearing from God or Gods angels.......it doesn't matter if they take money or volunteer their time they are still talking to familiar spirits which are not of God and it is still necromancy and God tells us plenty about that , so no you cleared nothing up for me you only cemented what I read in the Word of God that it is of the enemy and we need to heed who we listen to ......find a Prophet of God and if the Lord will you may hear from God.....but not the dark one he cant offer you a thing....anyone can submit themselves over to this kind of spirit and become a psychic....that is nothing..we call that discernment.we are all born with some degree of discernment ....but who would want to attach themselves to dark things....nothing is worth that....

I am a christian and my bible tells me that the living knows that they must die and the dead knows nothing. As far as I am concerned they are talking to the devil because the bible has stated that the dead knows nothing so they cant be talking to a loved one or someone who has died through them so in my opinion its evil spirits!(mediums)!!!

"And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became living soul"
In my beliefs the spirit that goes back to God is the breath of life which he breathed into man when He created us. Thence, we become a living soul.

Another text you maybe interested in is as follows:
Ecclesiastes Chapter 9 Verse 2 - 6
"All things come alike to all. There is one event to the righteous, and to the wicked, to the good and to the clean, and to the unclean, to him that sacrificeth, and to him that sacrificeth not: As is the good, so is the sinner; and he that sweareth, as he that feareth and oath".
Verse 3
"This is an evil among all things that are done under the sun, that there is one event unto al: Yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness is in their heart while they live, and after that they go to the dead".
Verse 4
"For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion".
Verse 5
"For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not anything, neither have they anymore a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten."
Verse 6
"Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they anymore a portion forever in anything that is done under the sun".

This is taken from my bible, and it states very clearly that the dead knows nothing. Please read carefully especially verse 4 -5!
