Frankly find ANY two issues of Men's Health magazine (from any month) and it should cover most ab variations to build up abs.
I know it sounds crazy, but aim for a goal of a 1000 total crunches per day.
it should take about 1 month to get there, and 1000 crunches does take about 30 minutes.
FYI, looking cut is partially genetic, so after you get to your goal of 1000 crunches, don't expect the washboard automatically.
in any case, working out your abs is probably one of the best physical exercises for your overall health. although nice triceps or tight butt may look nice, having tone abs helps with all sorts of health issues in digestion, heart rate, etc.

you have abs already... you can make them bigger by working them more, but to get them more toned and great looking you will have to combine proper nutrition with good workouts, dont work them every day though... maybe 2-3 times a week if you do it hardcore... this is because they are like every other muscle and need time to rest

Nope unless you starve yourself or get surgery. Look at your family genetics, if your mom has a pooch more than likely you will have one.
The best thing to do is tons of cardio such as running, cycling and weight training. The biggest key is diet...low fat and low carb.

and increase by 2 reps every day
to get better abs
dancing HELPS strenthen your whole body and core especially
and is fun, same with walking or running on a treadmil

Squats work well says a recent men's magazine. Squats work the abs when you go up and down.
This is supposed to work well also.
